We have been receiving reports of litter being discarded at various locations along the river - food wrappings, plastic bottles, cans and bait containers. This bunch of fishing line, including a hook was recovered at the Sand Bed, Carrick Flats by a dog walker who reported that her dog was injured and had to receive attention from a vet. This is not acceptable.
